   It’s as he had the experience from his previous life, presumably the first time he went through he was kinda a mess. This was also kinda shown through the beginning with statements like how am I so calm, he got the experience, with some flashes but no memories so while he was no longer the bum cus the jolt of sheer terror from the last life hitting him, that reality check will do shit to ya

   he had the experience from his previous life, prettty simple if you ask me. Would’ve been a trash first time through but this time, he had already been sobered by those feelings and memory flashes.
